IWC Submits Comments Supporting DOL's Proposed Rulemaking on Independent Contractor Status

On April 28, the Independent Work Coalition and 35 organizations filed comments on the Department of Labor’s proposed rulemaking on independent contractor status. The comments support DOL’s approach on the worker classification standard and include several suggested refinements to provide additional clarity for the regulated community.
